BAVINQS BANK, is a Corporation having an office at p, 0, Box 26648/
Oklahoma City/Oklahoma / 73126.
2, Defendants, CH1\RLIi:S L, MAOIUI:l and n:RIlY L, MABIUB / an adult
individuals whose last known addresll is 1215 Qross Drive,
Mechanicsburg, Pennaylvania 17055,
3. On or about May 18/ 1987/ the said Defendants executed snd
delivered a Mortgage Note in the sum of $76/900.00 payable to Sovrsn
Mortgage Cor.p. / which Note is attached hereto and marked li:xhibit "A".
". Contemporaneously with and at the time of the execution of the
aforesaid Mortgage Note, in order to secure payment of the same,
Defendants made, executed and delivered to original Mortgagee, a
certain real estate Mortgage which is recorded in the Recorder of
Deeds Office of the within County and Commonwealth in Mortgage Book
865, page 83 conveying to original Mortgagee the subject premises.
The mortgage was assigned to Barclaysamerica/Mortgage Corporation and
recorded ss aforesaid in Book 372, page 1199 on December 4, 1989.
The mortgage was further assigned to Norwest Mortgage Inc. , and
recorded all aforesaid in Book 501, page 1029 on August 14, 1995. The
mortgage wall assigned to MIDFIRST BANK, STATE SAVINGS BANK and
recorded as aforesaid in Book 501, page 1030 on Augullt 14, 1995.

Deed Book A Jot / page! 358, the said Charles L, Mabius and 'l'erry L.

Charles L. Mabius who is the real owner of the land subject to the
Mortgage,
