Dollar to them in hand paid by owner, the recoipt whereof ill
hereby acknowledged, and tho further consideration montioned in
the agroement aforesaid, for themselvea and their aubcontractors,
and all parties acting thrcugh or under them, covenant and agree
that no mechanic's liona or claims shall be filed or maintained
by them or any of them againat the said buildings and the lot of
ground appurtonant thereto for or on account of Bny work done or
materiala furniahed by them or any of them under aaid oontraot or
otherwiae, Cor, townrds, in or about the erection and
oonatruction of the aaid buildings on the lot above described,
and the aaid contractor, for themselves, their 19ubcontractors and
others under them hereby expressly waive and relinquiah the right
to have, rile, and m~intain any mechanic's lions or claims
against the said buildinga or any of thorn, and agree that this
inatrument, waiving the right of lien, ahall be an independent
covenant.
