'l'ownship, Cumberland County, pennsylvania, and more particularly
identified as follows:

LOT NO. 16 on the Final Subdivision Plan of INDIAN HILLS -
SECTION I, recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and
for Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, in Plan Book 67, Page 36,
et seq., the metes and bounds description for which lot is
attached hereto as Exhibit "A", incorporated herein by reference
and made a part hereof.
UNDER AND SUBJECT, NEVERTHELESS, to the conditions, restrictions
and easements as noted on the hereinabove mentioned Final
