COMPLAINT IN CIVIL ACTION
AND NOW, comes Plaintiff, PNC Bank, N.A., by its Attorney,
Murray A. Felder, Esq., and files this Complaint in Civil Action
of which the following is a statement:
1. Plaintiff is PNC Bank, N.A., a National Banking
Association with an office located at 2730 Liberty Avenue,
Pittsburgh, PA 15222.
2. Defendant is William Hertsell, an individual residing at
92 Autumn Ln., Enola PA 17025.
3. On or about July 15, 1994 Defendant applied for and was
issued a Direct Installment Loan by Plaintiff in the amount of
$5,391.78. A true and correct copy of the Loan which was
assigned account number 00000000-8002131428 is attached hereto as
Exhibit "A".
