EXHIBIT A
ALL THOSE TWO certain lots or pieces of ground situate in the Borough of
Wormleysburg (erroneously referred to as East pennsboro Township in
prior deed), Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, and known as Lots Nos. 22
and 23 in Edgewater plan No.3, recorded in the Recorder's Office in and
for the County of Cumberland in Plan Book 1, page 71 and more
particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING on Front Street at a point Fifty (50) feet Eastwardly from the
corner of said Front Street and Elm Street; thence extendins in a
Southwardly direction One Hundred Fifty-four and Sixty-one One
Hundredths (154.60) feet, more or less, to a point on River Alley;
thence in an Eastwardly direction Fifty (50) feet, more or less, to the
dividing line between Lots 22 and 21 in said Plan; thence in a
Northwardly direction along said dividing line One Hundred Fifty-four
and Twenty-two One Hundredths (154.22) feet more or less, to Front
Street; thence in a Westwardly direction Fifty (50) feet, more or less,
to the Place of BEGINNING,
HAVING thereon erected a 2 1/2 story brick dwelling and double frame
garage, known and numbered as 342 North Front Street, Wormleysburg,
pennsylvania.
