LEGAL DESCRIPTION
ALL THAT CERTAIN tract or parcel of land being situate in
Hampden Township, cumberland County, pennsylvania, more particularly
bounded and described as follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at a concrete monument at the south>lestern corner
of lands now or formerly of pinehurst Subdivision, said point
being the northeastern corner of lands now or formerly of Signal
Hill Subdivision Phase I; thence along the southern lands of
pinehurst Subdivision South 87 degrees 38 minutes 40 seconds East
a distance of 182.15 feet to a point, said point being the
north>lestern corner of Lot No. 20; thence along the >lestern line
of said lot South 14 degrees 14 minutes 01 second East a distance
of 387.32 feet to a point, said point being on the northern
right-Of-way line of Gen. Jenkins Drive, a 50 foot wide street;
thence along said right-of-way line along a curve to the left
having a radius of 365.00 feet and an arc length of 149,66 feet,
said arc being subtended by a chord of South 54 degrees 21
minutes 39 seconds West a distance of 148,61 feet to a point;
thence continuing along said right-of-way line South 42 degrees
36 minutes 52 seconds West a distance of 43.25 feet to a concrete
monument, said monument being the southeastern corner of lands
now or formerly of Signal Hill Subdivision Phase I; thence along
the eastern line of Lot No. 18 North 14 degrees 14 n\inutes 01
second West a distance of 517.21 feet to a concrete monument, the
place of BEGINNING.
CONTAINING 77,539.99 square feet or 1.7801 acres.
SAID Lot is subject to a 20 foot wide water line easement
crossing in the southern part of the lot, a 20 foot of a 30 foot
wide sanitary sewer easement following the western boundary line
of the lot, and a 50 foot wide drainage easement crossing in the
northern part of the Lot, as being shown in greater detail on
Final Plat Sheet 2 of 3 of Phase II of the Signal Hill Subdivision
dated September 21, 1995, as prepared by ~lelham Associates, PC.

Cumberland County, pennsylvania, in Deed Bool< 140, Page 770,
granted and conveyed unto David W, Kidd and Jerilyn G. Kidd,
husband and wife.
