upon a review of the record as well as a review of the Motion
for Entry of Judgment filed by the Trustee, it is hereby
ORDERED that judgment is entered in favor of Trustee and
against Shane Construction, Inc. in the amount of $10,569.14,
together with interest from August 4, 1995 and costs of suit.
This judgment shall be considered final and subject immediately
to transfer to Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.
