CONFESSED JUDGMENT COMPLAINT
Plaintiff files this Complaint pursuant to Pa. R,C,P, No, 2951(b) for Confession of
Judgment and avers the following:
1. Plaintiff is CUNA MUTUAL INSURANCE GROUP (formerly known as Cumis
Insurance Society), a corporation duly organized and existing under the laws of the State
of Wisconsin, with its principal office and place of business at 5910 Mineral Point Road,
Post Office Box 1221, Madison, Wisconsin 53701-1221, and is the Assignee of the
United States of America,
2. Defendant is MIKEALENNA ORR, formerly known as Mikealenna DeMarco,
an adult individual, who maintains an address at 5503 Moreland Court #3,
Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania 17055.

3, On May 28, 1981, a Judgment of Restitution was entered in favor of the
United States of America and against Defendant in the amount of FIFTY-NINE
THOUSAND, NINE HUNDRED THIRTEEN DOLLARS AND TWENTY-NINE CENTS
($53,913,29),
4. As Defendant as unable to make restitution at that tirne, on June 29, 1987,
Defendant did execute an Agreement Regarding Unpaid Restitution in the amount of
FIFTY-EIGHT THOUSAND, FOUR HUNDRED EIGHTY-THREE DOLLARS AND
TWENTY-NINE CENTS ($58,483,29).
5. Defendant has failed to make any payments under the aforesaid Agreement
Regarding Unpaid Restitution.
6, Attached hereto at Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof is a Certified Copy
of the docket entries in the aforesaid matter, along with a Judgment and
Probation/Commitment Order and the aforesaid Agreement Regarding Unpaid
Restitution.
7. The attached Agreement Regarding Unpaid Restitution has not been
assigned,
8, Judgment has been entered on the attached instrument in the jurisdiction
of the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania; said Court

providing the documentation hereto attached to allow entry of Judgment in the Court of
Common Pleas of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.
9. The Defendant is indebted to Plaintiff in the amount of FIFTY-EIGHT
THOUSAND, FOUR HUNDRED EIGHTY-THREE DOLLARS AND TWENTY-NINE
CENTS ($58,483,29) for the restitution Ordered in Criminal No. 81-00051, United States
District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, for which no payment has been
received when due and payable, all of which constitutes a default thereunder whereby
Plaintiff exercises its option to declare the entire balance covered by the within
instrument immediately due and payable,
10, In spite of Plaintiffs frequent demands, the Defendant continues in default
under the aforesaid obligations,
11, By virtue of the foregoing, the Defendant is indebted to the Plaintiff as
follows:

HUNDRED SIXTY-SEVEN DOLLARS AND FIFTY-SIX CENTS ($118.567,56),
WHEREFORE, Plaintiff demands Judgment in the sum of ONE HUNDRED
EIGHTEEN THOUSAND, FIVE HUNDRED SIXTY-SEVEN DOLLARS AND FIFTY-SIX
CENTS ($118,567.56), plus interest thereon from the date of Judgment as authorized
by the warrant appearing in the attached instrument,

The fOllowing agreement is entered into by I.likealcnnu DeMarco, a defendunt
in the above-captioned case, in recognition of her obligations to the
victim to whom restitution is owed based upon the offense charged at
the above-captioned numbcr and judVJ"ent and commitment entered by the
District Court in the above-captioned case, In recognition of these
obligations, and fully intending to be leGally bound, the defendant
acknowledges and agrees as follows:
1. On 11ay 28, 1981, the defendant was sentenced based on her conviction
at the above-captioned criminal nwnber and directed by Unites States
District Judge R. Dixon Herman, as a condition of her probation, to
make restitution in the amount of :;;~~}, )/13.29 to the Cumis Insurance
Society, 5910 Mineral Point Roa~, P.O. Box 1084, Madison, Wisconsin
53701.
2. The defendant acknowledges that she has failed to comply with the
restitutionary portion of the Court's sentence and that she presently

3. The United States Probation Office has determined that in consideration
of the defendant agreeing to fulfill her restitutionary obligations
under the above-described sentence, consideration will be given tu allow-
ing the defendant's probationary period tc, expire us originally set
by the Court. The defendant realizes that her failure to pay "he above
restitutionary obligation could form a basis for the revocation of proba-
tion and resentencing by the District Court,
4. Based on the above, and in consideration of forbearance on immediate
execution upon assets owed by the defendant, the defendant hereby agrees
