presently being construL'Jted in accordance with requirements ot
the Pennsylvania Deportment of Transportation, and (b) the
removal and discontinuance of an e~isting eleotrio signal at the
intersection of aaid Carlisle Pike with Wingate Orive,

Road on the west to the proposed Brondle Boulevard on the east
