Contractor in the Court of Common Pleas, County of Cumberland . Pennsylvania Number Term, 2002 Whereas, the Owner is about to execute contemporaneously herewith, a contract, with said contractor, a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, for the General Construction work located within the lot of land situate in Hampden Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania. Being Lot No. 5, Section "D", on the Plan No. 2 of Pine Brook, as recorded in the Cumberland County Recorder of Deeds Office in Plan Book 14, Page 5. Being the same premises which Nelson J. MacLeod and Eunice L. MacLeod, his wife, by their deed dated April 27, 1979 and recorded May 3, 1979 in said Recorder's Office in Deed Book K-28, page 180, granted and conveyed to Theodore J. Greiner and Ann S. Greiner. Said property is also known and addressed as 208 Lamp Post Lane, Camp Hill, Pennsylvania. Now, Therefore, on October 2, 2002, at the time of and immediately before the execution of the principal contract, and before any authority has been given by the said owner to the said contractor to commence work on the said project, or purchase materials for the same in consideration of the making of the said contract with the said contractor and the further consideration of One Dollar paid to the said contractor by the said owner, it is agreed that no mechanic's claims or other liens shall be filed against the building and/or ground appurtenant thereto by the contractor, or any sub-contractor, nor by any of the material men or workmen or any other person for any labor, or materials purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased or furnished in connection with the construction of the said project or any part thereof, the right to file such liens being expressly waived and relinquished herewith.
