1. Plaintiff, Fleet Mortgage, Ino., fo~merly known as Fleet Re41
Il.Cats FUnding Corp., is a oorporation with an offioe looated at 324
West Evans street, Post. Offioe Box 100537, Florenoe, South Carolina
29501~0537 .
2. Defendants, George J. I\noheff, Jr. and Sandra J. Anohett, are
both adult individuals whose last known residenoe is 917 Herman
Drive, Meohaniosburg, Pennaylvania l7055~5736.
3. On Qr about May 17, 1991, Defendants exeouted and delivered a
Mortgage Note in the sum of $136,400.00, payable 1:0 Bears Mortgage
Corporation, (original mortgagee).
4. Contemporaneously with and at the time of the exeoution of the
aforeaaid Mor.tgage Note, in order to secure payment of the same,
Defendants made, executed and delivered to the original Mortgagee, a
certain real eatate Mortgage which is recorded in the within
Commonwealth and County in the Office of the Recorder of Oeeda in
Mortgage Book 1014, Page 530, conveying to the original Mortgagee the
real eatate deacribed ther~in.
The mortgage was assigned to Itousehold Bank, FSB, ae reoorded in
Misoellaneous Book 407, Page Ol2 on November 22, 1991.
'rhe mortgage
was further assigned to Fleet Real Estata Funding Corp., as recorded
in Misoallaneous Book 500, Page 076, on January 21, 1995. ~he
Mortgage and Assignments are inoorporated herein by referenoe.
5. ~he land subject to the Mortgage iSI 917 Herman Drive,
Meohanoisburg, Pennsylvania 17055, and is more partioularly dssoribed
in Exhibit "A" attBohsd hereto.
6. DefendantB are the real owners of the land subjeot to the
Mortgage.
7. 'l'he Mortgage is in default due to the fact that Mortgagors have
tailed to pay the inatallment due on Maroh 1, 1996, and all
l)ubsequent inetallmentB therIJon, and the following amounts ar'- due on
the Mortgagel

Assistanoe Payments Pro9ram) and Defendants have either failed 1:0
meet the time limil:ations as set forth therein or have been
determined by the Housin9 Finance Agenoy not to qUAlify for

WHEREFORE, Plainl:iff demAnds jud9ment in mortg4ge foreolosure
against Defendants for I:he aforementioned total amount due 1:0gel:her
