~h. F.ther, Kurt A. Uhler, with his counllel, Dllniel DeArment
who ill II law clerk with the firm of Irwin, McKnight' HU!1hell.
Mr. DeArment Willi attending the conforence in the place of
RebecclI R. lIughea, Ellquire who waa unexpectllntly called out of
town. The Hother did not IIttond the conference and no
.ttorney attended on her behalf. There wu service at tile
notice at the conference on the Hother by service to her lit
Illllt known addreaa in Cali fornill, and the FII ther indicll ted
thllt the Mother had called him on the phone IInd IIcknowledged
thllt II/Ie was aware of the conference.
J. There ia an exiating order from Ad/wna in April of 1995 which
!1ivea the Father primary custody and givea the Mother varioua
via1tlltion righta. Since the entry of that Order, the Father
haa aince relocated to Pennaylvania and haa rea1ded 1n
Pennaylvania since December of J995. Mother haa relocated to
Ca11fornill and ahe haa reaided in California since Jllnuary of
J996.
.,. Father auggesta that Mother ia not making efforts to tllke
Ildvantllge of the cuatody dghts that she waa given under the
eXiating Order. She only aaw the minor child for a few weeks
OVer the IIUmmer and, at the end of that period of temporllry
cUlltody, IIhe did not provide any tranllportation for the child
to oom" back to the Father. The same thing happened in
Chr111tmall of J995. AIIIO, Father exprellllell some concerns with
reBpect to Mother'lI lifestyle. He relates that the Mother has
moved at leallt six timea since Apdl of J995. He 111110
