Morissette, Esquire, conunieeioner in Chancery, the CommitJsioner's hElaring after notioe, and the commissioner's Report filed Maroh 2, 1994, reoommending that the Crose-Complainant be awarded a divoroe from the bond of matrimony from the Cross-Defendant, and IT l\PPBARING to the Court thatl 1. The parties were lawfully married on Auqttst 10, 1991 in Nanassas, Virginia. 2. There wer.e no children born or adopted of this marriage. 3. The parties are both over the age of 18 years, and I neither party is on aotive duty with any branoh of the Armed 'I Forces of the United stateel II ': 4. That the parties last cohabited as husband and wife I I in the City of Manase8s, Virginia, 6. The cross-Complainant has been domioiled in and 1 BK 0 I 54 PG I I 8 I an aotual bona fide residunt of the commonwealth of Virginia for more than six months next preoeding the oommenoement of this suit. The Cross-Defendant is a re~ident of the State of Pennsylvania. 6. on or about Hay 22,1993, the parties separated, and sinoe that ~ate the parties have lived separate and apart without any oohabitation, and without interruption. The parties had the intention to rllmain permanently separated on or about Hay 22, 1993, a period exoeeding six (6) months preoeding the institution of. this Sllit, and therli is no hope or poslJ1bility of a reconoiliation between the partiesl IT FURTHER APPEARING to the court, from the report of the commiesioner or. Chancery, and from the evidence taken and read, that this Court has juriediction of this cause, that all parties are pJ:'operly before the court/ and that cross-complainant is entitled to the relief prayed for in his cross-Bill of complaint, as amended, to-witl a divorce from the bond of matrimony on the ground that the parties have lived separate and apart, without cohabitation and without interruption, for more than eix (6) months preceding the institution of this euitl and IT fURTHBR APPEARING that eince the separation of the Ii !
