NOW COMI!lS, Plaintiff, Dorothy M. Barolay, by and through her
attorney, John L. Perry, Esquire and states the followingl
1. Plaintiff, Do~othy Barolay, is an adult individual
ounently residing at 829 West Lout:her streot, Carlisle, Cumberland
county, Pennsylvania,
2. Defendant, Riohard N. Yorlets, is an adult indivirlual
ourrently residing at 41 Yorwick Road, Carlisle, Cumberland county,
Pennsylvania.
3. In 1987 Defendant experienced various finanoial
diffioulties and, 8,S a ~esult, was unable to seoure a personal
loan.
4. Plaintiff agreed to help Defendant seoure a loan on the
oondition that Defendant would assume the monthly payments on any
suoh loan.
5. On or about November 9, 1987 Plaintiff seou~ed a personal
loan from CCNO Bank, now PHe Bank.
6, The total prooeeds of this loan were $19,831.54, of that
amount $17,600,00 were paid by Plaintiff to Defendant for his use.
7. In consideration of the aforementioned payment, Defendant
ag~eed to reimburse Plaintiff for her monthly loan payments to CCHB
Bank, now PlfC Bank,
