WHEREAS, on October 30, 1996, Judge Kevin A. Hess sentenced
Frederick J, Moore, Jr, to pay the costs of prosecution, and
undergo unsupervised probation for a period of six months an

was imposed as II rosult of violation of the or.der in the case
docketed at 96-4895 Civil Term aftor the dofendllnt was found
to have violated the PFA.

In the agreements of the previously entered Into PFA Condition
'6, the defendant agreed to stay away from the plaintiff's
residence located at 10 Paradise Drive, Carlisle, Cumberland
county, PA. This order was initially issued September 9, 1996
by Judge Edgar B. Bayley.
WHEREAS, on February 6, 1997, Frederick J. Moore did violate
the Order by going onto the victim's property at 10 Paradise
Drive, Middlesex 'l'ownship, Cumberland County and took Homo ,of,/-
the defendant's mail. The defendant did leave a letter to't'!:le
victim at the door to her home and later. cal1e~~er on ~e
telephone. .

WHEREAS, on February 21, 1997, Frederick J. Moore id enter
the proporty at 10 Paradise Drive, Middlese Township,
Cumberland County to return mail to Terri L. Zahuranec. 'The
defendant did write a letter to the victim stating, "He knowB
she is not sleeping with anyone bocause he checks on her eviiry
night., II
As a result of the two violations a charge of Defiant Trespass
and Stalking have been filed against the defendant by Ptl.
PaUla Mullen and filed through District Justice Susan Day'~
office.
