1996, by and between CUMBERLAND DESIGN & BUILDINd COMPANY. INC., hereinafter
referred to as Contractor, and NEW HARRISBURG TRUCK BODY CO.. W. STEPHEN FORREST
and CAROLE A. FORREST, husband and wife, hereinafter referred to as Owner, whereby the
former undertakes and agrees to erect and construct a 11,900 square foot repair facility on;
ALL THAT CERTAIN tract or parcel of land and premises, situate, lying and being
the Township of Hampden, in the County of Cumberland, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, more
particularly described as follows;
BEGINNING at a point in the center of a public road known as Sheely's Lane, which
said point is located at the point of intersection of the center line of said public road known as
Sheely's Lane and the Northern right-of-way line of the Pennsylvania Railroad Company,
(formerly the Cumberland Valley Railroadl; thence along said Northern right-of-way line of the
Pennsylvania Railroad Company, South 11 degrees 10 minutes West six hundred sixty and
ninety-three one-hundredths (660.931 feet to a point on the line of lands formerly of Clyde l.
Shaull, now or formerly of M.S. Fegan; thence along said line of land now or formerly of M.S.
Fegan, North 24 degrees 30 minutes West one hundred fifty (150) feet to a point; thence along
the line of other lands formerly of Robert B. Luther and Sarah Jane Luther, now of R.P. Lambert,
North 11 degrees 10 minutes East, two hundred (200) feet to a point marked by a pipe; thence
continuing along the line of lands of R.P. Lambert, North 24 degrees 30 minutes West, two
hundred thirty-six and eight-tenths (236.81 feet to e point marked by a pipe; thence along the
line of other lands of Robert B. Luther and Sarah Jane Luther, of which this was a part, North
65 degrees 30 minutes East, two hundred sixty-nine and eight-tenths (269.81 feet to a point
in the center of the public road known as Sheely'. Lane, aforementioned; thence along the
center line of said public road known as Sheely's Lane, South 45 degrees 15 minutes East, five
hundred twenty and seven-tenths (520.11 feet to a point in said road, at the Place of
BEGINNING. CONTAINING four and one-fourth (4 1/41 acres of land. This description is
prepared from survey made by William G. Rechel, a Registered Surveyor, dated February 2,
1956.
BEING the same premises which Faye C. Reischman, widow, and Paul K. Fleischman and
Samuel J. Fleischman, by their Deed dated July 3. 1985 and recorded in the Office of the
Recorder of Deeds in and tOf Cumberland County, in Deed Book .1., Volume 31, Pege 904,
granted and conveyed unto W. Stephen Forrest end Carole A. Forrest, husband end wite.
