VARNER and THELMA R. VARNER, husband and wife, hereinafter referred to as Owner, whereby the former undertakes and agrees to erect and construct a single family dwelling on: ALL THAT CERTAIN tract of land situate in South Middleton Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING at a point on the Eastern side of Burgundy Circle, on the dividing line between Lots Nos. 37 and 38 on the hereinafter mentioned Plan of Lots; thence by said dividing line, North 42 degrees 57 minutes 45 seconds East 148.89 feet to a point; thence by the dividing line between Lots Nos, 37 and 53 on said Plan, South 11 degrees 44 minutes 10 seconds East 152.70 feet to a point; thence by the dividing line between Lots Nos. 37 and 54 on said Plan, South 4 degrees 55 minutes 50 seconds West 44.59 feet to a point; thence by the dividing line between Lots Nos. 36 and 37 on said Plan, South 88 degrees 37 minutes 20 seconds West 138.19 feet to a point on the Eastern side of Burgundy Circle; thence along the Eastern side of Burgundy Circle by a curve to the left having a radius of 325 feet an arc distance of 10 feet; thence by the same by a curve to the left having a radius of 50 feet an arc distance of 90.67 feet to a point, the Place of BEGINNING. BEING lot No, 37 on a Subdivision Plan known as "Final Plan No.2, Addition to Countryside Acres, recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland County, in Plan Book 28, Page 127. BEING the same property which Gary F. Leanz. legal Owner, Steven M. Spisak and Kimberly A. Spisak, husband and wife, Equitable Owner, by their Deed dated June 18, 1996. and recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in .nd for Cumberl.nd County, in Deed Book 141, Page 469, gr.nted and conveyed unto Glenn C. Varner .nd Thelma R. Varner. husb.nd .nd wife. NOW THEREFORE.
