COMPLAINT
AND NOW comes Duane Mayberry, trading and doing business as
Clines's Plumbing & Heating, by and through his attorney, William
C. COstopoulos, Esquire, of COstopoulos, Foster & Fields, and
respectfully represents as follows:
1. Plaintiff is Duane Mayberry, owner of Cline's Plumbing &
Heating, doing business at P. O. Box 981, Carlisle, Pennsylvania.
2. Defendant is Malinda Ra8llussen Meehan, whos residence is
located at 519 Hailton Street, Carlisle, Pennsylvania.
3. In or about February of 1996, Defendant entered into an
agr~t with PlainUff to do plumbing work to 511 N. Hanover
Street, Carlisle, Pennsylvania, in consideration for Defendant's
agr8Ul8nt to pay PlainUff for the value of these servicea.
4. Plaintiff did in fact coaplete the agreed upon plumbing
s.rvice for Defendant on February 19, 1996.
5. The .ervices rende~ by Plaintiff to Defendant were at
all tt.. proper, saUafactoty and conaiatent with end In
