CIVIL ACTION - LAW COMPLAINT AND NOW, comes Glenn Hollin9shead and Laura HOllin9shead, individuals and who reside at 3145 Ritner Hi9hway, Newville, cumberland County, Pennsylvania 17241. 2. Defendant Robert T. Straiti!f is a sui juris individual, married to Lisa Straitiff, and he resides at 1701 Maple Drive, New cumberland, CUmberland County, Pennsylvania. 3. Defendant Lisa Straitif! is a sui juris individual, "j : married to Robert T. straitiff, and she resides at 7 Xutz Road, " " :'carlisle, cumberland County, Pennayvania. :i 4. On or about June 1, 1992 Defendants made, executed and delivered to plaintiffs an Installment A9reement for the purchase of real e.tate financi~ Forty-four Thousand and 00/100 Dollar. Said Installment A9reement has not been assi9ned. 6. Glenn Hollin9shead and Laura Hollin9shead are the sole record owners in fee simple of said premises subject to said Installment A9r..ment, by virtue of a Deed dated February 14, I I' Ii 1974, and recorded in the cumberland county Recorder's Office II in Deed Book "M", Volume 25, page 753 more specifically s.t !!
