8. Plaintiff avers that defendant in violation of her marriage vows under the laws of
the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. has committed willful and malicious desenion. and has
been absent from the habitation of the plaintiff, her injured and innocent spouse. without a
reasonable cause continuously since April 7. 1995.
9, Plaintiff avers that defendant. in violation of her marriage vows under the laws of
the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, has offered such indignities to the person of the
plaintiff. her injured and innocent spouse. as to render the condition of the plaintiff
intolerable. and life burdensome.
10. Plaintiff has been advised that counseling is available and that plaintiff may have
the right to request that the court require the parties 10 participate in N\t1t1seling,
WHEREFORE. plaintiff requests the coun to enter a decree in divorce dissolving the
marriage.
