l. The pertinent information pertaining to the children who are
the ,ubject of this litigation is a. follows:
Eric Todd Reese, born Augu.t 6, 1992, Brittany Renee Mellott,
born March 8, 1994, and Dorothy Jean Hurray, born November 25,
1995.
2. A Conciliation Conference was held on October 25, 1996, with
the following individual. in attendance:
The Nternal grandmother, Mary Jane HURRELL, with her coun.el,
Marcu. A. McKnight, III, Esquire, and Denny E. Hurray, who i.
the father of Dorothy Jean Murray.
J. This i. a rather complicated case. This case is related to
the action of Denny Hurray v Christina Rodriquez, which is docketed
at 96-44l0 and for which a hearing is scheduled on December 6.
1996.
4. In the action of Denny Hurray v Chrhtina Rodriquez, thia
Court has previously i.sued an Order giving Mr. Hurray cu.tody of
DorothI Jean Hurray, born November 25. 1995. However, the Mother,
Chri.t na Rodriguez has been out of state and ha. not complied with
the Order.
5. The Plaintiff in thi. action is the ..ternal qra~ther and
.he .eek. custody of the three children of Christina Rodriquez. 1t
is noted that none of the fathers were named as parties to this
action. However, the ..ternal qrandalother aUCJCJe.ts that the father
of lric and the father of Brittany are in .qr....nt that the
maternal grandmother would have cUltody of those ainor children.

ronsideration of the testimony addu~d, primary legal and physical custody of the children, Eric
Todd Reese born August 6.1992. and Orillany Renee Mellott born March 8.1994. is awarded to
their mother. Christina Rodriguez. So long as the mother. Christina Rodripez, shaD reside in
the state of Texas. her custody shall be subject to the following pcriods of partial custody in the
maternal grandmother. Mary Jane Hurrell. as folklWS:
I. For four consecutive weeks during the months of JulX, July or August. as the parties
shaD aaree and, if the parties cannot qree. allllmencing on the third Saturday in June.
2. Until such time as a sehool5chedu1e shall interfere, for a thirty-day period durinlthe
remainder of the year as the parties shall &lfte. and if the parties cannot acree, as l'olIows:
