WHEREAS, Warfel Construction Company, having an office at 812 N Prince Street, P.O. Box 4488, Lancaster, PA
17604-4488, has entered into an agreement on December 20, 2001 ("Contract No. BQ18706') with; herein referred to as
Telesector Resources Group, Inc. d/b/a Verizon Services Group on behalf of itself and the Verizon affiliates, a Delaware
Corporation, with an office located at 240 East 38th Street, New York, New Your 10016, to do all work and furnish all labor,
materials and equipment required in connection with the Building Additions for the New Cumberland Central Office in New
Cumberland, PA.
NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby agreed by and between the said parties, as part of said Contract and for consideration
therein set forth, that neither the aforesaid principal Contractor nor any Subcontractor nor any other person, firm or corporation
shall file a lien, commonly called a mechanm s hen, against the said braiding or ~mprovement or agmnst any property upon which
it is erected or against any other building, improvement or property; specifically, 902 Front Street, New Cumberland, PA, for
labor or materials furnished in connection with said Contract.
This stipulation is made and intended to be filed by VERIZON PENNSYLVANIA with the County Prothonotary within
ten days after the date, in accordance with requirements of thc Acts of Assembly of Pennsylvania, in such cases provided.
