called "Owner". have executed. or are about to execute contemporaneously herewith. a contract with
CANTERBURY BUILDERS.INC.. a Pennsylvania business corporation. hereinafter called "Contractor" for
the erection of a ranch style semi-detached dwelling upon a lot of land, situate in the Township of North
Middleton. Cumberland County. Pennsylvania, being lot No. "1". PreliminarylFinal Plat of Re-Subdivision
of Lots 69.70. and 71 Schlusser Village. dated July 2, 1996, last revised July 18. 1996, recorded in the
Office 01 the Recorder 01 Deeds 01 Cumberland County. in Plan Book 73 . Page -'- ' and being more
particularly bounded and described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof.
NOW THEREFORE. THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH: That the said Contractor, for and in
consideration of the sum of ($1.001 Dollar to Contractor in hand paid by Owner. the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged. and the further consideration mentioned in the contrect aforesaid. for itsalf and its
subcontractors. and all parties acting through or under Contractor and its subcontractors. covenant and
agree that no mechanic's liens or claims shall be filed or maintained by them or eny of them against the
said buildIng and the lot of ground appurtenant thereto for or on account of any work done or matt!fials
furnished by them or any 01 them under said contfact or otherwise, for. tOW"'. in. or about the erectlon
and construction of the said building on the lot abcMt described .nd the said Contfactor. for Itself. III
