contract with CANTERBURY BUILDERS. INC.. a Pennsylvania business corporation. hereinafter called
.Contractor" for the erection of a two-story semi-detached dwelling situate in the Township of North
Middleton, Cumberland County, PeMSylvania. being Lot No, -2". PreliminarylFinal Plat of Re-Subdivision
of Lots 69, 70. and 71 Schlusser Villlge dated, July 2. 1996, lasHevised July 18, 1996, recorded in the
Olfice of the Recorder of Deeds of Cumberland County, in Plan Book 7.L. Page ~ . and being more
particularly bounded and described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof.
NOW THEREFORE. THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH: That the said Contractor, for and In
