9. Pursuant to the terms of the agreement entered into between PLAINTIFF to
DEFENDANTS, DEFENDANTS were required to pay for the commercial insurance package in
monthly payments of four Thousand Seven Hundred Twenty-Seven ($4,720.00) Dollars per

but has failed to make each monthly payment in full as required by the agreement and has between
February 29, 1996 and May 30, 1996, the date of the last monthly payment, paid only Two

($214.00) Dollars was allocated to the delinquen: monthly payments out ora Two Thousand
