I. The p1"inlifl: Tracey RaIla Robinson, is an adult individual residing at 102 West
High Street, Apt. 3 10. Carlisle, Cumberland County. Pennsylvania 17013.
2. The defendant. William Robert Marchesano, (SSN: Unknown)(DOB: 3f2Jn2). is
an aduh individual residing II 14 South East Street. Apt. I. Carlisle, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania. 170 I 3,
3. The defendant has had an intimate relationship with the plaintiff
4, Since approximately October, 1995, the defendant has attempted to CIIISC and has

b) On or about September 9, 1996. atlhe square in Carlisle, the defendanl
1hrealened the plaintiff saying, MI'II break your God-damned neck and legs." The
plaintiff attempted to withdraw by walking away, but Ihe defendant began to
follow her on foot. The plaintiff lelephoned the Carlisle Police for assistance, and
the parties were warned to avoid one another.
c) In or about October. 1995, Ihe defendant. who was yelling obscenities to
the plaintiff from his apartment window, and threatened the plaintiff saying. "Take
your ass up the street. you don'l belong here; I'll come down there and knock you
out." The defendant came out of his apartment 10 where lhe plaintiff stood on the
sidewaIk. slapped her about her face twice, grabbed her by the neck, pushed her to
the ground, and when the plaintiff got up, the defendant struck her in the face and
pushed to the ground again. The plaintiff contacted the Carlisle Police and filed
simple assault charges against the defendant. The plaintiff sustained swelling aboul
her face and SCI"IIches on her neck as a resuh of this incident.
d) Since approximately October, 1995, the defendant bas tlvatened the
plaintifTsaying, "I'D brW: your arms and IegsM "I'D put you six feet UDder," "I'U
bit you 10 hard)'OW' jaw wiD have to be wired shut." and "You'D d;~ aad no
