4, The Plaintiff, Sheila R, Johnson, who on the date of the
accident which is the subject of this suit, was known as Sheila R,
White, is an adult individual who resides at 1300 Bigelow Court,
Apartment 2, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania 17103-1102,
5, The Defendant, Bryan Olsen, is an adult individual
reSiding at 33 Palmer Drive, Camp Hill, Pennsylvania 17011,

6, On DeCeaber 20, 1994, the Defendant, Bryan Olsen, was at
all relevant times to the within cause of action, the operator of
1985 Ford,
7, On Deceaber 20, 1994, the Plaintiff, Sheila R, JOhnson,
was the owner and operator of a 1988 Ford Tempo,
8, On Deceaber 20, 1994, at approximately 1636 hour., the
Plaintiff va. driving her vehicle we.tbound in the 1900 blOCk of
Paxton Street.
9. On Dec:8lIber 20, 1994, at approximately 1636 hour. the
Defendant att-.pted to make a left turn frea the Best Mart store
parkinq lot into the eastbound lane of Paxton Stl'1Htt, in the
vicinity of the 1900 block,
10, Defendant atruck Plaintiff callsiftCJ cUaaq. to the

11. The aforesaid accident and resulting damage to the
Plaintiff's vehicle was a direct and proximate result of the
negligence, carelessness, and recklessness of the Defendant
consi.ting of the following:
a, Driving his motor vehicle in a careless, negligent
or reckless manner;
b, Emerging from an alleY/driveway or building in
violation of 75 P,S, Section 3344;
c. Negligently, recklessly, carelessly making a left
turn across oncoming traffic without having a view
and failing to yield the right of way to oncoaing
traffic;
d, Failing to keep alert and to llaintain a proper
lookout for the presence of other vehiCle. on the
street. and highways;
e. Otherwise operating his vehicle in a carel...,
