real estate pursuant to a certain Aqr....nt of Sale executed
between owners Sir.. and p.tricia J. Schier and Equitable Owners
Robert and Jean R. Hocutt dated October 13, 1991 and recorded in
the Cuaberland County Recorder of Deede Office in Miscellaneous
Book 406, 'a98 726.

The required work of constructing the home pursuant to the
agreement between the parties was completed by the Claimant on
September 20, 1992.

The amount of $5,749.76 is due to Claimant from Bquitable Owners
and has remained unpaid since September 20, 1992.
