THIS AGREEMENT made the 18th ot September, 1996, by and

whereby the tormer undertook and agreed to erect and construct a
.ingle tamily residence on that certain lot of ground known as:
430 Beeto. Hollow Road, Newville, as recorded in Deed Book L,
Vol. 3~, Page 449.
NOW THEREFORE, THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH: That the said
Contractor, tor and in consideration of the sum ot One and 00/100
Dollar ($1.00) to Contractor in hand paid by owner, the receipt
vb.r.ot i. h.reby acknowledged, and the further consideration
..ntioned in the agreement aforesaid, for themselves and their
.ubcontractors, and all parties acting through or under them,
covenant and agree that no mechanic's liens or claims shall be
tiled or maintained by them or any of them against the said
buildings and the lot of ground appurten.nt thereto for or on
account of any work done or materials furnished by them or any of
them undsr said contract or otherwise, tor, towards, in, or about
the srection and construction of the said building. on the lot
above de.cribed, and the .aid Contractor, for th....lv.., th.ir
.ubcontractors and others under the. h.reby expre.sly vaive and
relinquish the right to have, fil., and maintain any mechanic'.
liens or claims again.t the said buildings or any of them, and
agree that this instrument, waiving the right of lien, shall be
an independ.nt cov.nant.
