STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS
THIS AGREEMENT made the 20th of September, 1996, by and
between CARLSON CONSTRUCTION,
AND
DEAN R. ANDERSON and KAREN B. ANDERSON, hereinafter referred to
as Owner, whereby the former undertook and agreed to erect and
construct a single family dwelling on that certain lot of ground
situate in
East pennsboro Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, Lot
#14 Woburn Abbey, as per attached legal:
NOW THEREFORE, THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH: That the said
Contractor, for and in consideration of the sum of ($1.00) Dollar
to CARLSON CONSTRUCTION in hand paid by Owner, the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged, and the further consideration mentioned
in the agreement aforesaid, for themselves and their subcontractors,
and all parties acting through or under them, covenant and agree
that no mechanic's liens or claims shall be filed or maintained
by them or any of them against the said buildings and the lot
of ground appurtenant thereto for or on account of any work done
or materials furnished by them or any of them under said contract
or otherwise, for, towards, in, or about the erection and
construction of the said buildings on the lot above described,
and the said Contractor, for themselves, their subcontractors and
others under them hereby expressly waive and relinquish the right
to have, file, and maintain any mechanic's liens or claims
against the said buildings or any of them, and agree that this
instrument, waiving the right of lien, shall be an independent
covenant.

LEGAL DESCRIPTION
ALL THAT CERTAIN piece or parcel of land situate in East
Pennsboro Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, more
particularly bounded and described as follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at a point on the western line of Woburn Abbey Avenue,
at the line of Lot L-13; thence by the line of Woburn Abbey Avenue
South 18 degrees 30 minutes 00 seconds East, a distance of 100.00
feet to a point at line of Lot L-15; thence by the line of Lot
L-15 South 71 degrees 30 minutes 00 seconds West, a distance of
150,00 feet to a point; thence North 18 degrees 30 minutes 00
seconds West, a distance of 100.00 feet to a point at the line
of Lot L-13; thence along line of Lot L-13 North 71 degrees 30
minutes 00 seconds East, a distance of 150.00 feet to a point,
the point and place of BEGINNING.
CONTAINING 0.344 acre.
BEING Lot L-14 as shown on the final subdivision plan of
Floribunda Heights, Phase I, Section V and recorded in Cumberland
County Recorder of Deeds Office in Plan Book 46, Page 4-B.
BEING the same premises which Floribunda Associates Limited
Partnership, a Pennsylvania Limited Partnership, by Deed dated
July 30, 1996 and recorded August 1, 1996 in the Recorder of
Deeds Office in and for Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, in Deed
Book 143, Page 682, granted and conveyed unto Dean R. Anderson
and Karen B. Anderson, husband and wife, Grantors herein.
