COMPLAINT
AND NOW COMES Aqua Treatment Service, Inc. by and through
its attorneys, Saidis, Guido, Shuff & Masland and respectfully
avers the following:
1. Plaintiff is Aqua Treatment Service, Inc. a
Pennsylvania corporation doing business at 194 Hempt Road in
Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.
2. The Defendant is Atlantis Marketing doing business at
13300 Tecumseh Road East, Suite 174, Tecumseh, Ontario, Canada
N8N4R8.
3. On or about January 18, 1996, the Plaintiff and
Defendant entered into a contract with the Plaintiff whereby
Defendant agreed to pay for products as supplied by the
Plaintiff.
4. From January 18, 1996, the Plaintiff provided the

product and pursuant to the contract, provided the Defendant
with invoices outlining the normal and customary charges f0r

performing these services.
