PlaintiU, Ford Motor credit company, ia a corporation duly organ had and edating under the lawa ot the state of Dfillaware, and authorized to do ~uaine.. in the comlDonwaalth ot pennsylvania, with oft ice. looatfild at one Am~rican Road, Dearborn, Miohigan 48122. 2. Defendant(B) Brian Wakefield is/are individual(s) residing at the add~ess(eB) contained in the caption of the case. 3. On or about April 17, 1995 Defendant(S) (lellsGe) entered into a written AutomObile Net (ClolJed End) Lease (hereinafter called the t~ase) to lease a "Vehicle" from a dealer (lessor) according to the terms, prices and conditions contained within the aforesaid Lease, a true and correct copy of said Lease being attached hereto, made a part hereof, and marked Plaintiff'll Exhibit "A". 4. "LeSl!lor" subsequently assigned the aforesaid Leaae to plaintift, Ford Motor credit company. II. subaequently, Defendant(s) did default upon the Aforesaid Lease by tailing to make timely installment payment to plaintiff and in aocordance therewith the entire remaining balance became due and payable immediately. 6. The aforesaid Leaso further prov idell that in the event of detault, plaintiff may repossess the "Vehicle" and sell same in accord with the terms of the aforesaid Lease. 7. The aforesaid Lease further provides that lesaee shall be liable for all costs and expenaes, including reasonable attorney's fees, incurred by plaintiff in enforcing the Leaae. 8.
