WHEREAS, Gerald W. Putt, of Boiling Springs, Pennsylvania
entered into a contract with Donald cUtes, contrllctor, of 104
Thivd strset, Boiling sprin9s, Pennsylvania, to provide materials
and perform labor necessarr for the construction of a
studio/gallery, upon the follow n9 tract of land locatad in Boilin9
spr in9s, South Middleton Township, cumberhnd county, PennlSylvan ia,
more specifically described as follows, to witr

Township, Cumberland county, Pennsylvania, bounded and desoribed as
follows I
BEGINNING at a parker kalon nail located in the eastern
portion of the macadam oar.tway of Front street, SR 20031 thenoe
along land now or formerly of PES Assooiates and Kenneth G.
Flemin9, North 68 degrees, 03 minutes, 40 seoonds East, a distanoe
of 387.75 feet to an iron pin on line of land now or formsrly of
William K. DoneYI thenoe along land now or formerly of William K,
Doney and Robert C, Houser, South 18 degrees, 30 minutes, 00
seconds East, a distance of 236.17 feet tQ a white oak at land now
or formerly of William L. GoUsel thenoe along land now or formerly
of William L. Gouse, South 66 degrees, 11 minutes, 27 seconds West,
a dist.anoe of 339,90 feet to a parker kalon nail looated in the
western portion of the macadam cartway of Front streetl thenoe in

CONTAINING 2,016 acres.
NOW. THEREFORE, it is hereby stipulated and a9ree<l by and
between the said parties as part of the said contract and for the
consideration therein set forth, that neither the undersi9ned
oontractor, any sub-contractor or material man, nor any other
person furnishing labor or materials to the said contraotor under
this oontract shall f.ile a lien, commonly called a mechanics' lien
for work done or materials furnished to the said building or any
part thereof.
This stipulation is made and intended to be filed with the
county Prothonotary within ten days after date, in aocordance with
the requirements of Aot of Assembly of Pennsylvania, in such case
prov ided,
