2. Detendant is Gudjon Olafsson who previously resided at
3604 Golfview Drive, Mechanicsbur9, Cumberland county, Penneylvania
1705&. Defendant'e current address is unknown.
3. Defendant is GudlaU9 S. olafsson who currently resides in
Iceland. She ie the mother of Defendant Gudjon Olafeeon.
4. Plaintiff and Defendant Gudjon Olafsson were married on
June 17, 1989 and separated on or about September 17. 1994.
&. From the date of the marriage until separation, the parties
resided t0gether at 3604 Golfview Drive, Mechanicsburg, Cumberland
county, Penneylvania 17055. Thie property was owned prior to the
marriage by Defendant Gudjon Olafsson.
6. The increase in the value ot the home from the date of the
marria98 until the date of separation is marital.

8, on or about Hay 28, 1996, D.tendant GUdjon Olafs.on
transterred the property to hie mother Defendant GudlaU9 S. Olateson.
The deed evidencin9 the transfer was recorded on or about May 30, 1996
in Record Book 140 at Page 91 (attached hereto as Exhibit "A").
9. It is believed that Defendant Gudjon Olaf.son has listed the
Goltvlew Drive property for sale under a separate listing agreement
namin9 hi. mother Defendant GudlaU9 S. Olafsson, ae owner,
10. It is believed that a sales a9reement has been si9ned and
that settlement may occur on or betore September 27, 1996,
11. As a result of Plaintiff's interest in the property pursuant
to the marital relationship, Defendant GUdjon Olafsson will be
unjustly enriched at Plaintiff's expense if Defendant is permitted to
sell the Golfview Drive property.
WHEREFORE, Plaintiff respectfully requests thatl
(a) Defendant Gudjon Olafsson be enjoined and
restrained trom selling the property at issue and from
parting with title thereto to anyone until an a9reement is
reached with regard to compensating Plaintiff tor her share,
(b) In the event that Defendant GUdjon Olafsson sells
or has sold the property looated at 3604 Goltview Drive,
Hechanicsbur9, cumberland County, Pennsylvania, that
Defendant Gudjon Olatsson be directed to deposit the
