Plaintiff has caused an extensive search and examination of the land records
in and for the County of Cumberland, Pennsylvania, but no conveyance of record has been
found for the title which had become vested in Jacob Harren. The prior deed in the chain
of title was conveyed to John Myers and George Myers by John P. Quigley and Lucella
Quigley, his wife. by Deed dated February 28. 1840. and recorded in Cumberland County
Deed Book. 1.SS, Page 268. No person claiming any interest in the subject premises as
a successor in title to the said John Myers and George Myers has appeared of record to
assert any interest or right of possession in and to lhe premises describl.'d as Tract No. I
in paragraph 3 herein so thaI a cloud exists upon the Plaintiffs ownership by reason of the
purportedly out\taooing litle of the said John Myers and George Myers.
