3. On or about August 19, 1993, Plaintiff and Defendants
entered into an oral agreement whereby a 1993 Chevrolet Lumina
was to be purchased and a loan was to be taken out in the name
of Plaintiff only; however, Defendants and Plaintiff would share
the monthly car payments.
4. On or about August 19, 1993, a loan commenced through
GMAC whereby the Plaintiff was approved for said loan in the
total amount of approximately S19,000.00, said amount to be
repaid in monthly installments of S317.51, for a period of five
years.
5. Since August 19, 1993, the Plaintiff has made all payments
on said loan.
6. Despite repeated requests by the Plaintiff, Defendants
have failed to contribute to the monthly par-ents in the amount
of S317.51.
7. Def.~nts have br..ched the oral .9r....nt r..ehed with
the !'l.intiff, in that they h.ve refused on a continual basis
to contribut. towards the purchas. of s.ld vehicle.

9. The Plaintiff has requested the return of said vehicle
to her on numerous occasions; however, Defendants have failed
to return the vehicle to her.
10. Plaintiff is entitled to reimbursement by the Defendants
in an amount equal to one-half of the total payments made in
connection with the purchase of said vehicle as of August 19,
1993.
II. Said sum representing one-half of the total payments
remitted by Plaintiff in connection with the loan is S5,873.93.
WHEREFORE, the Plaintiff demands
Defendants in the amount of S5,873.93
of suit.

automobile which vas purchased by Plaintiff.

14. Plaintiff has made every payment on said 1993 Chevrolet
Lumina since August 19, 1993.
15. Plaintiff has requested on numerous occasions the return
of said automobile to Plaintiff; however, Defendants have refused
to return said automobile.
16. The Defendant, David Reisch, is listed as a co-buyer on
the title to the automobile; however, the loan is in the name
of Plaintiff only.
17. The financial institution involved, GMAC, has indicated
that Plaintiff is the primary owner of said vehicle.
18. Defendants have failed to abide by an oral agreement
between Plaintiff and Defendants as set forth above, in COunt
I of this Complaint.
19. Plaintiff cannot continue finanCially to pay for the 1993
Chevrolet Lumina automobile and requests that th. automobile
be returned to her by your Honorable court, as the Plaintiff
is in need of an automobile.
