COMPLAINT
AND NOW COMES the Plaintiff, Henry F. Coyne, Attorney at
Law, by his attorney, JAMES M. BACH and files the within
COMPLAINT :
1. Plaintiff is Henry F. Coyne, Attorney at Law, an adult
individual residing at and practicing law at 3901 Market
Street, Camp Hill, Hampden Township, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania.
2. The Defendant is Stephen C. Cassel, an adult individual
residing at 192 Texaco Road, Mechanicsburg, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania.
3. On or about March 4, 1993, Defendant contracted for legal
services with Plaintiff.
4. Plaintiff performed certain legal services for Defendant
at the end of said representation Plaintiff submitted a
request for payment. See Exhibit A.
5. Plaintiff has made repeated requests for payment in full,
however, Defendant refuses to make payment.
6. The Defendant curL"ently owes the Plaint iff a balance of
$700.31.
WHEREFORE, the Plaintiff respectfully requests judgment in
the amount of $700.31 together with Court Costs and interest from
the date of judgment.
