street, Philadelphia, PA 19102 (hereinafter referred to as
"CoreStates") and successor-in-Interest by acquisition to Meridian
Bank.
2. Defendant, cummingsford Group, Ltd. is, upon information
and belief, a Pennsylvania Corporation with a place of business
located at 16 N. Wharf Road, Bowmansdale, PA 17008 and a party to
a certain promissory Note dated April 2, 1993 in the principal sum
of $100,000.00 with Meridian Bank, as Lender (hereinafter referred
to as the "Note").
3. Defendant, George H. Ebner is, upon information and
belief, an adult individual residing at 16 N. Wharf Road,
Bowmansdale, PA 17008 and a personal guarantor of a certain
Promissory Note dated April 2, 1993 in the principal sum of
$100,000.00 together with co-personal guarantor and named-Defendant
herein, Kathleen D. Ebner, with Meridian Bank as Lender secured by
a Mortgage of even date between Defendant, George H. Ebner and
named-Defendant herein, Kathleen D. Ebner, as Mortgagors, conveying
their interest in the property known as 16 N. Wharf Road,
Bowmansdale, PA 17008 to Mortgagee, Meridian Bank (hereinafter
referred to as the "Mortgage").
4. Defendant, Kathleen D. Ebner is upon information and
belief, an adult individual residing at 16 N. Wharf Road,
Bowmansdale, PA 17008 and co-personal guarantor with George H.
Ebner, of the principal sum of $100,000.00 pursuant to the Note and
the Mortgage (collectively referred to with Defendant, George H.
Ebner, as the "Ebners").

5. On or about April 2, 1993, Cummings ford borrowed the
principal sum of $100,000.00 from Meridian Bank (hereinafter
referred to as "Meridian") pursuant to the terms and provisions of
the Note, a true and correct copy of which is attached hereto, made
a part hereof and marked as Exhibit "A".
6. As personal guarantors of the Loan made to cummings ford ,
the Ebners entered into the Mortgage, a true and correct copy of
which is attached hereto, made a part hereof and marked as Exhibit
"B", with Meridian on or about April 2, 1993, securing the
repayment of the Note and conveying their interest in the property
known as 16 N. Wharf Road, Bowmansda1e, PA 17008.
7. The Note is payable in eighty-three consecutive, monthly
installments of $1,654.50 each due on the first of the month
beginning on May 1, 1993 with a final monthly payment due on April
1, 2000 consisting of all of the remaining unpaid principal and
interest.
8. Cummings ford made 32 monthly payments of $1,654.50 each
but on January 1, 1996 breached the terms of the Note by failing to
make the payments of principal and interest that were then due and
owing and all subsequent payments, thereby being in default of the
Note.
9. Upon cummingsford's default of the terms of the Note, the
Ebners became responsible fo~ the payment of principal and interest
due on January 1, 1996, but also breached the terms of the Note by
failing to make said payment, thereby being in default of the Note.

10. By virtue of its acquisition of Meridian, Core States is
the holder of the Note and Mortgage with all right, title and
interest therein of Meridian and with the power and authority to
take all action necessary, including legal action, to collect the
sums due thereunder and enforce the rights and remedies of
Meridian.
11. By reason of Cummingsford's and the Ebners' default and
in accordance with the terms and provisions of the Note, Corestates
has made demand for the full payment of the Note and, pursuant
thereto, CoreStates hereby exercises its option to accelerate the
balance due under the terms of the Note and to declare all amounts
and other charges of the Note that are due and to become due, as
due, and declares immediately due and payable any and all amounts
and liabilities due and to become due thereunder together with any
other sums lawfully due thereunder.
12. Despite repeated requests for payment Cumrningsford and
the Ebners have failed and refused to pay the principal balance and
unpaid accrued interest due or any portion thereof; a true and
correct copy of undersigned counsel's letter dated July 19, 1996 to
the Ebners demanding repayment of the Note is attached hereto, made
a part hereof and marked as Exhibit "C".
13. In accordance with the terms of the Note, Cummings ford
and the Ebners are obligated and liable to CoreStates for the
principal sum of $68,972.31 plus $5,160.33 unpaid accrued interest
through and including September 10, 1996, plus $18.11 per day
thereafter until the Note is repaid in its entirety, plus late

To sum things up, the sum of $68,972.31 in principal,
$3,892.63 in interest plus $18.11 per day from July 3,1996 and
$187.40 in late charges is now due which must be paid immediately
or legal action will be commenced to enforce the collection of this
debt. If arrangements are not made by July 29, 1996 to pay-off
this entire debt, you will be sued.
Therefore, if you wish to avoid the imposition of a judgment
against your personal record and any real estate that you own or
