contractor, a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Pennsylvania,
for the General Construction work located within the lot of land situate in the Borough of
Camp Hill, Cumherland County, Pennsylvania, in accordance with a survey hy Gerrill J.
Betz, Registered Surveyor, dated August 31, 1972 and as described on the Deed for the
property as recorded in the Recorder of Deeds office in and for Cumberland County in
Book 536 page 1176. Having thereon erected a two story brick dwelling known and
numbered as 1915 Princeton Avenue, Camp Hill, PA

, 1996, at the time of and immediately before the
execution of the principal contract, and hefore any authority has heen given by the said
owner to the said contractor to commence work on the said project, or purchase materials
for the same in consideration of the making of the said contract with the said contractor and
the further consideration of One Dollar paid to the said contractor by the said owner, it is
agreed that no mechanic's claims or other liens shall be filed against the building and/or
ground appurtenant thereto hy the contractor, or any sub-contractor, nor by any of the
material men or workmen or any other pcrson for any labor, or materials purchased, or
extra labor or matcrials purchased or furnishcd in connection with the construction of the
said project or any part thereof, the right to filc such liens being cxpressly waived and
relinquished herewith.
