Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, more particularly bounded and
described:
BEGINNING at a point on the Northern side of Skyline View (50 foot right
of way) at the Southwestern corner of Lot No. 2 on the hereinafter
mentioned Plan of Lots; thence by SkYline View by a curve extending to
the right having a chord bearing of South 83 degrees 57 mInutes 36
seconds West a chord length of 90.42 feet and a radius of 975.00 feet an
arc length of 90.51 feet to a point at Lot No.4; thence by Lot No.4
North 01 degrees 31 minutes 50 seconds West a distance of 158.31 feet to
a point at other land of Fred A. Gettys recorded in Deed Book 32 U. page
921; thence by the same North 68 degrees 59 minutes 42 seconds East a
distance of 66.42 feet to a point at Lot No.2; thence by Lot No.2
South 10 degrees 32 minutes 58 seconds East a distance of 175.51 feet to
a point, the place of BEGINNING. CONTAINING 12.974.21 square feet.
