2. The Defendanta/ Respondents above are Lawrence C. Hull and
Lorraine T. Hull, adult individuals and mortgagors of a single
family reaidence ..t 5235 Meadowbrook Drive, Mechanicaburg, PA
17055, Cumberland County, Pennaylva~ia.
3. That on October 11, 1996, Plaintiff filed a Complaint in
Mortgage Forecloaure on the above captioned matter with respeot to
Defendants' family reaidellce oituate at 5235 Meadowbrook Drive,
Mechanicaburg, PA 17055,

5. Subsequent to the entry of said Judgment but prior to
soheduled Sheriff-is Sale the said Def6ndants paid to the Plaintiff
suffioient funds to make the mort\Ja~e CUl:'renr. at the tim'l thereof
pursuant to the proviaions of Act 6 of 1974 and the aale wae
canoe llod.
6. By the said Defendants ouring the dflhult which r8llUlted
in the oommencement of the above captioned action and t.hifl add
judgment, Plaintiff has agreed to reinatate the aaid mortgage loan
and not proceed with foreclosure because of the default set forth
in I:he complaint filed in the above captioned matter.
7. That pur.auant to Act 6 of 1974, P.S. Seotion 404, Right
to Cure a DefaUlt, Defendant'a mortgage was reatored to the same
poaition as if the default had not occurred.
8. That in order to evidence HarriB' complianoe with Act 6
proviaions and in order to reinatate the mortgage without prejudioe
to Plaintiff or Defendanta, the Plaintiff desirea to evidence aaid
fact and strike the Judgment in mortgage forecloaure entered to the
above referenoed term and number.
9. The Defendanta have exercised the right to reinstate, the
said mortgage loan under Section 404 of Act No.6 of 554 (41 P.S.
Seotion 404) by curing the default which resulted in the
commenoement of the above captioned action.
