Defendant, Bogley, Hortinq " Reese, Inc., is a corporation with offioes at 3020 South 69th Street, Upper Darby, Pennsylvania 19082. 3. Defendant, Federal National Mortgage Association, is a corporation with offices at 510 Walnut Street, P.hiladelphia, Pennsylvania 19107. 4. Plaintiffs, craig K. Dieck and Kristen z. Dieck, (hereinafter "DieCk") acquired fee simple title to real property, in which Diecks presently reside, and which title is found in a deed dated June 26, 1996, and recorded in the office of Recorder of Deeds for Cumberland county in Deed Book 141, Page 633, more tully described as follows. 15, On AugulI/t 1'7, 1977, a InQrtglt'iJlI WIlS recorded betwe.n the Dsrendlllnt, BO'iJlIllY, Harting & Reese, Inc. (hlll:e1nafter "Bo'iJley") and Thomas L. Holmelil and Joyoa H. ljolmBlS/ his wife, whioh WIUI dated Auqust 16/ 1977, and recorded at Misc, Book 6~7, Page 623. A QOpy of the aforesaid mortga'iJe is attaohed hereto as Exhibit "A." 6. On ootabel: 18, 1977, the subjeot mortgage was assLgned to the Defendant, Federal National Mortga~e Assooiation (hlilreinafter "I"edsral"), which assignment is recorded and indexed at Mho. Docket 231, Page 467. 7. SubseqUently, Thomas L. Homes and Joyce H. Holmes, his wire, sold tho above-desoribed proparty to Thomas E. Sohmidt and Alice L. Schmidt, his wife, by daed dated July 25, 1980, and recorded July 28,1980 in the Offioo of the Recorder or Deeds for Cumberland county in Deed Book A, Vol. 29, Page 570. 8. Dieok purchased tha subj ect property from Thomas E. Sohmidt and Alice L. Schmidt on June 26, 1996, however, Diecks have been unable to compel satisfaction of either the mortgage round at Book 627, Page B23 or the assignment found at Misc. Dooket 231, Page 467 (see E~hibit "A"). 9.
