On March II. 1997 the "Original Complaint" was heard upon the Briefs submitted to your Honorable Court by both the Defendant's and the Plaintift's. Plaintiff's "Exhibit A", ( see "Exhibit Two", page four (4)), is not a bill as represented by the Plaintiff in Plaintiff's third Complaint. paragraph 4 13. Plaintiff's "Exhibit A", (see Exhibit Two", page four (4)), is in fact a Statement of Account, not a bill, nor an invoice. 14. "Exhibit Two", page four (4), establishes no material facts that would suppoft such services were rendered. IS.
