Stewart, Trustees; thence along said land, North 84 degrees 13 minutes East, eighty-six and twenty-two hundredths (86.22) feet to a point on the low-water mark of the Susquehanna River; thence along the low-water mark of the Susquehanna River, South 03 degrees 52 minutes East, one hundred six and forty-three hundredths (106.43) feet to a point at the corner of other land of Charles C. Stewart, Sr., and Dorothea G. Stewart. his wife; thence along said other land of Charles C. Stewart, Sr.. and Dorothea G. Stewart, his wife. South 83 degrees 24 minutes West, eighty-three and forty-seven hundredths (83.47) feet to a point in the center line of North Front Street aforesaid; thence along the center line of North Front Street. North 05 degrees 40 minutes West. one hundred seven and fifty-six hundredths (107.56) feet to a point. the place of BEGINNING. HAVING thereon erected a single dwelling house numbered 407 North Front Street. UNDER AND SUBJECT, HOWEVER, to a right-of-way for a water line which runs through the above-described land in a Southerly direction to other land now or formerly owned by Charles C. Stewart. Sr.. and Dorothea G. Stewart. his wife. together with the privilege on the part of the said Charles C. Stewart, Sr.. and Dorothea G. Stewart. his wife. their heirs or assigns, to enter upon the above-described premises in order to maintain and repair said water lines. BEING the same premises which Dorothea G. Stewart. widow, conveyed to William D. Snyder and Lynne A. Snyder. his wife. by deed dated June 10. 1987. and recorded in the Recorder of Deed Office in and for CUmberland County in Deed Book -S., Volume 32, page 500. FURTHER BEING the SAme premises which the said William D. Snyder and Lynne A.
