From March of 1994, until approximately October of 1994, CRYSTAL resided at 1291 Letchworth Road, Camp Hill, Pennsylvania, with KENNETtI M, MORRIS, SR, and MARJORIE MORRIS, the maternal great-grandparents of the children; C. The Father, Richard A. Weber, shall enjoy custody of the minor children, Crystal Marie weber, born January 24, 1994 and Alisa Marie Weber, born May 26, 1996, on tJlree out of four weekends per month. The timeframe for such custody shall be from 7:00 p.m. on Friday until 7:00 p.m. on Sunday. The maternal grandfather, Kenneth M. Morris, Jr., shall enjoy physi.cal custody of the menti,oned minor children from 7 :00 p.m. on Sunday evening through 7:00 p.m. on Friday evening, 2. 3. The Mother, Caroline M. Weber, shall enjoy periods of temporary custody with the minor children at such times as she might agree with her father. During times that the Mother exercises temporary custody, she shall not have custody of the children in the presence of Michael Hanke. 4. This is a temporary order issued pursuant to an agreement reached by the parties at a custody conciliation conference. The parties shall convene for another conference on Thursday, February 6, 1997, at a :30 a .m. in the 4th Floor Conference Room, Cumberland county Courthouse. By agreement to this order, the parties do not waive any claims with respect to litigating a permanent custody order in this case and, specifically, neither party waives any claims with respect to contesting the standing of the other party to pursue custody of the minor children.
