C. Every Wednesdey evening from 5:00 p,m, until 8:00
p.m.
3, For Easter end Fourth of July in 1997, the parties shall share
that holiday such thet on Easter, Mother shell have the child from 9:00
a,m, until 12:00 noon, and Fether shall have the child from 12:00
noon until 8:00 p,m, For the Fourth of July, Mother shall have the
child from 9:00 a,m, until 12:00 noon, and Father shall have the child
from 12:00 noon until 8:00 p,m,
4, Father shall have the child on Memorial Day, 1997, from
9:00 a,m, until 8:00 p.m" and Mother shall have the child on Labor
Day, 1997, from 9:00 a,m, until 8:00 p,m, Thereafter, tha parties will
alternate the following holidays: Thanksgiving, Easter, Memorial Day,
Fourth of July, and Lebar Day, from 9:00 a,m, until 8:00 p,m" with
Father beginning the schedule with Thanksgiving in 1997,
5, Mother shall have the child on Mother's Day, and Father
shall have the child on Father's day, This period of custody and.
visitetion shall occur from 9:00 a,m, until 8:00 p,m,
6, Father shall have the child on his birthday, and Mother shell
have the child on her birthday, from 9:00 a,m, until 8:00 p,m.
7. The Christmas holiday will be divided such that Father shall
hava the child from 12:00 noon on December 23rd each year until
6:00 p,m. on December 24th, and Mother shall have the child
thereaftar.
8. Both Father and Mother shall have access to the child
around his blrthdey such that each parent will be entitled to have the
child for a day within two days of his birthday. The parties shall work
out that errengement.
9. During t.he summer months, Father shall have the child for
three uninterrupted, non-consecutive weeks such that he has one
week in the month of June, one week in the month of July, and one
week in the month of August. Father will provide Mother with the
weeks in which he intends to exercise these periods of uninterrupted
custody by April 1 st of each year. Mother shall have the child for two
uninterrupted, non-consecutive weeks during the summer, and will
provide Father with thirty (30) days advance notice as to when she
Intends to exercislJ those periods.
10. Within sixty (60) days from the date of this Order, Father
shall participate and complete a parenting class and will provide proof
of his completion of that class to Mother's attorney.

10. The relationship of Defendant to the child is that of
mother. Defendant currently resides with the following psrsonsl

11. Defendant works full-time at the National Rx Pharmacy. In
addition, she is also required to work one or two Saturdays per month.
12. Plaintiff is a senior at Cumberland Valley High School and
will graduate in the spring of 1997. Following graduation Plaintiff
plans to attend Harrisburg Area Community college.
13. Plaintiff has provided Defendant with baby clothlng, formula
and diapers in order to assist in the support and care of his child.
1t. Defendant has terminated contact between the child and
Plaintiff.
15. Plaintiff had frequent contact with his child since birth
including having custody for entire weekende (see attached Exhibit
"A"). Plaintiff's part.ial custody takes place in Guardian's home.
Guardian has had significant contact with the child which has also
been unilaterally discontinued by Defendant.

1.. On September 25, 1996 Defendant suffered a head injury and
was hospitalized., Since the injury, Defendant's demeanor toward.
Plaintiff and Guardian has changed considerably. Defendant is denying
Plaintiff any contact with his son.
17. Defendant has needlessly alienated the child from Plaintiff.
11. Plaintiff has not participated as a party or witness, or in
another capacity, in other litigation concerning the custody of the
child in this or another Court. Plaintiff has no information of a
custody proceeding concerning the child pending in a Court of this
Commonwealth. Plaintiff does not know of a person not a party to the
proceedings who has physical custody of the child or who claims to
have custody or visitation riqhts with respect to the child.
It. The best interest and permanent welfare of the ch!ld will be
served by granting the relief requested because I
A. Plaintiff and hi. son need to continue to develop their
relationshlp as it will impact the child's futur~ development in
a positive manner.
B. Plaintiff is a fit parent and can take responsibility
for his son'. care and well-being as well as provide continuity,
st~bility and certainty to the child's life.
20. Each parent whose parental rights to the child have not been
terminated and the person who has physical custody of the child have
been named as parties to this action.
