STIPULA'l'ION AGRBBMBNT AS '1'0 CUSTODY AND VISITA'fION
On this ~ day of :S~O'f..~ 1996, Kim A. Eberts of 1951
Lennox Street, Camp Hill, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania,
hereinafter "MOTHER" and Randall G. Eberts, of 1951 Lennox Street,
Camp Hill, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, hereinafter "FATHER"
hereby agree to the following terms and conditions of custody and
visitation of Randi J, Eberts, born July 25, 1986, Katherine A,
Eberts, born May 20, 1983 and Amanda E, Eberts, born October 1,
1979 hereinafter collectively referred to as the "CHILDREN".
The parties hereto recite and declare and agree as follows:
1. That MOTHER and FATHER are the parents of the CHILDREN.
2, That MOTHER and FATHER shall enjoy shared legal custody
of the CHILDREN.
3, That MOTHER shall exercise primary physical custody of
the CHILDREN.
4, FATHER shall excerise temporary custody for the purpose
of visitation of the CHILDREN at times and dates as can be mutually
agreed upon by MOTHER and FATHER and agreed upon by the CHILDREN,

5. The parties agree that they may freely agree to any
different arrangements for custody from time to time, as future
contingencies and the welfare of the CHILDREN may require, but no
such substitutA or additional privileges shall deemed to amend this
agreement unless expressed in writing, dully signed by the parties,
Each of the parties shall at all times in good faith and endeavor
to maintain the CHILDREN respect and affection for the other party,
6, That MOTHER and FATHER agree to keep each other informed
of their residential address, telephone numbers and their location
during holidays and vacation periods.
7. FATHEP agrees to provide the CHILDREN with health
insurance coverage to include major medical coverage, eye and
dental coverage.
8, The parties hereto agree that the CHILDREN at no time
shall occupy a vehicle operated by FATHER'S brother, Matthew
Eberts.
9. The parties hereto have had the opportunity to consult an
attorney prior to executing this Agreement, FATHER acknowledges
that Michael J, Pykosh, Esquire is MOTHER'S attorney and has at no
time advised or counseled FATHER with respect to this or any other
matter,
10. The parties hereto shall hereafter execute all
instruments necessary to carry out the term6 of this Agreement,
