3, From May 18, 1993, through July 27, 1996, Defendant entered Into various
agreements with representatives of The Patriot News Company for advertising services
within The Patriot and Evening News, (A copy of records evidencing these agreements
Is attached as Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein by reference thereto,)
4, Advertising was run for A & A Furniture & Liquidators, Inc., Vd/b/a A & A
Furniture West, In accordance with these agreements.
5. As a result of these various agreements, the bill for advertising was $14,106.80,
6. The Defendant has not made payments on this obligation.
7. After repeated demands for payment, this bill remains unpaid.
8, The failure to pay the balance represents an unjust enrichment on the part of the
Defendant.
WHEREFORE, Plaintiff demands payment from Defendant in the amount of
$14,106.80,

10, As a result of the agreements entered and the Defendant's fellure to pay for
services rendered, the Defendant is In breach of the contract and Plaintiff requests
damages consistent with the terms of the contractual agreement.
WHEREFORE, Plaintiff demands payment from Defendant In the amount of
$14,106.80.

The Patriot News Company VB. A & A Furniture and Liquidators. Inc.
T/D/B/A A & A Furniture West
11 The averments contained in Paragraphs 1 through 10 of Count I and Count II are
Incorporated herein by reference thereto,
12, Plaintiff on various dates did submit to Defendant various statements of the
balance owed on said obligations and Defendant did fall to object to such statements or
respond In any contrary manner. (A copy of said statements Is attached as Exhibit "A"
and Incorporated herein by reference thereto.)
13. The account, therefore became an account stated.
