1. The Mother, Judy Theres, and the Father, Michael Theres, shall
enjoy shared legal custody of Me~an Elizabeth Theres, born
Maroh 30, 1985.
2. The Mother shall enj oy primary physica.Z custody of the minor
ohild.
3. The Father shall enjoy reasonable and liberal periods of
temporary custody with the minor child at such times as agreed
upon by the parties.
4. In the event the Father is dissatisfied at any time with those
periods of temporary custody afforded to him by tho Mother,
Father may petition the Court to have the case again scheduled
with the Custody Conciliator for a conference.
