ABLJSE I. The plaintiff; Bobbi Jo Koch. is an adult individual residing at 64 Faith Circle, Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania 17013, 2. The detendant, Keith Allen McKeehan, (SSN: Unknown)(DOB: 7/23/70). is an adult individual residing at 235 Springview Road, Carlisle, Cumberland County. Pennsylvania, ' 3. The defendant has had an intimate relationship with the plaintiff. 4, Since approximately July, 1996, the delimdant has attempted to cause and has intentionally. knowingly, or recklessly caused bodily injury to the plaintil}; placed the plaintiff in reasonable fear of immincnt scrious bodily injury. and has knowingly engaged in a course of conduct or repeatedly committed acts toward the plaintiff under circumstances which have placed the plaintiff in reasonable fear of bodily injury. This has included, but is not limited to, the following specific instances of abuse: a) On or about October 16, 1996, at approximately 12:30 a.m" thc defendant pushed the plaintill; causing her to tall to the floor on her bUllocks. grabbed a butcher knile, squalled in lront of her as she sat on the 110or, jabbed the plaintilf several times about her throat and torso with the knile in one hand, punchtd her repeatedly about her head with his other hand, and threatened her saying. "I'm gonna stick you" Then thc detendant grabbcd the plaintiff's face digging his tinger$ Into her face, llrabbed her by the wrist, pulled her up the stairs to her , bedroom. shoved her onto the bed. and locked the bedroom door. The plaintill' pleaded with the detendant to leave her alone and sat with her back against the wall on the tloor, The delcndanl straddled the plaintitl's legs, again jabbed her repeatedly about her throat and torso with the butcher knife. punched her repeatedly about her head, grabbed her by the neck, and cut her back with the knife. Several limes while in the bedroom the delendant lay down on the bed. got up, and went back to jabbing the plaintitf with the knife and punching her about the head, The defendant lellthe plaintitl's residence later that morning. The plaintitl. sustained numerous lacerations about her throat and torso. lumps and soreness about her head. and bruising and soreness about her eye, wrist, and lorso as a result of this incident. b) On or about October 1(, 1996, the detendant came into a bar where the plaintitf was with her friends. threatened to ram his truck into the bar. told the plaintiff he had a handgun under his jacket. and threatened to kill himself c) On or about October J 0, 1996. the defendant followed the plaintiff to her residence. demanded to be let in. and when she refused, he kicked the door repeatedly. and as the plaintiff stood on the other side of the door. the defendant punched his fist through the window on the door shattering the glass. Then the defendant got into the vehicle owned by the plaintitf and rammed it into the back of her friend's car severely damaging the front of the plaintiff's vehicle. d) On or about October 7. 1996, the defendant. using his arm. swept the objects on the plaintitfs coffee table onto the floor breaking glass objects. grabbed the plaintiff by the neck, slammed her against the back of the couch. followed her into the kitchen, and using both his hands, shoved her against the kitchen counter. The plalntitf sustained soreness and bruising about her arms as a result of this incident, e) In or about late July. 1996, the detendanl grabbed the plalntitl. by thc arm and repeatedly slapped her about the back of her head. The plaintitl. sustained soreness about her head as a result of this Incident. 5, The plaintitl' bl'lieves and therefore avers that she is in immediatc and present danger of abuse trom the defcndant and that shc is in need of protection trom such abuse. 6, The plaintiff desires that (he defendant be prohibited from having any direct or indirect contact with the plaintift. including. but not limited to, telephone and written communications, 7, The plaintiff desires that the defendant be enjoined from harassing and stalking the plaintiff, and from harassing her relatives. or her minor child.
